This coffee is a journey in itself. From the lush hills of Caldas to the hillsides of Matinilla and the sunny fields of São Paulo, we gather beans with depth, sweetness and structure. The varieties – Castillo, Cenicafe, Red Catuai and Yellow Bourbon – grow at altitudes of 600 to 1800 meters, where they mature slowly and develop their full potential.
This combines two processing methods: the washed process contributes clarity and structure, while the natural beans add sweetness and depth. The result is a dark, round cup with notes of cocoa, dark caramel and a touch of dried fruit. The body is clear without being heavy – balanced with a soft acidity and a warm, long finish.
Created with espresso in mind, it delivers power and complexity. But also ideal for moka pot and aeropress – when you want to take the taste with you, out into the world or just out for the weekend.
