These beautiful beans come from Brazil. They are harvested and sorted by hand. The Brazilian coffee farmers have done their utmost to ensure that their country's proud traditions are expressed in the coffee. It can be tasted in the deep flavor of nuts that emerges during roasting. The beans are grown in a relatively low area outside Sao Paula, and therefore should not have too high a heat when roasted before they get a burnt note.
Green beans mean they are NOT roasted, and you have to do this yourself before you can make coffee from them!
