The Chemex Classic is available in several sizes, so you can choose the version that suits your needs – from the small everyday brew to the large carafe for guests:
3-cup: approx. 0.4–0.5 liters
6-cup: approx. 0.8–0.9 liters
8-cup: approx. 1.0–1.2 liters
10-cup: approx. 1.3–1.5 liters
(The quantities are indicative and depend on your dosage and brewing style). The classic 6-cup model is a very good all-round choice for most homes, while the 8- and 10-cup models are ideal for guests or the office.
To get a consistent and tasty result, we recommend:

Medium-coarse grind and freshly ground coffee
Water temperature around 92–96 °C and a calm, controlled pour
