Code of Conduct
At EverBean, we operate under a global code of conduct. It is a set of rules that guide us in how we run our business and help employees maintain ethical behavior. We call it our Code of Conduct.
In short, this means that we keep our promises and strive to create value in everything we do.
All employees and business partners are required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the guidelines described in our Code of Conduct and the values on which it is based. We must comply with the letter and spirit of the Code and help others do the same.
Our Code of Conduct for external suppliers provides the framework for the minimum requirements that EverBean places on its partners and their subcontractors. EverBean also expects our partners to demand the same high level of integrity and business conduct from both their own employees and their partners.

Partners and suppliers
Our business partners may not discriminate in their recruitment practices. This includes discrimination based on race, mental/physical disability, gender, religion, or any other protected status or characteristic that is not related to the individual's qualifications or the requirements of the job to be filled.
Partners must ensure a working environment that is in accordance with internationally declared human rights.
EverBean expects our partners to allow their employees to freely organize and be members of professional organizations.

Our standards
EverBean works to minimize the direct and indirect environmental impact of its activities and continuously improve its environmental performance.
EverBean works to ensure its employees a safe working environment free from discrimination.
EverBean does not tolerate financial crime, including money laundering and terrorist financing.
Partners and suppliers
EverBean expects our partners to identify and manage the environmental impacts of their business. This includes minimizing greenhouse gas emissions and engaging in promoting environmental responsibility, efficient waste management, and the prudent use of natural resources.
Partners must ensure a working environment that is free from abusive, violent, threatening, degrading and other inappropriate behaviour, and where harassment or other disrespectful behaviour is not tolerated, including sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying.
Partners may not provide any services or enter into arrangements that cause EverBean to become directly or indirectly involved in financial crime, including money laundering.
Partners who work for or with EverBean and our customers who have received this Code of Conduct agree to:
Meet the requirements and expectations described in this Code,
Provide complete and accurate information to support EverBeans' work in verifying the business partner,
Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the country(ies) in which they conduct business activities.
